Bollywood actress Jacqueline Fernandez is on the Enforcement Directorate’s radar these days. The ED is probing the case related to Sukesh Chandrashekhar, the mastermind of the extortion case of Rs 200 crore.
The ED has also questioned Jacqueline several times in this case. ED has issued LOC i.e. Look Out Circular against Jacqueline.
She cannot leave the country without permission. In such a situation, now Jacqueline has approached the court and appealed to the court to allow the actress to go abroad for 15 days.

Jacqueline has filed an application in Delhi court. In this application, Jacqueline has asked that she be given 15 days to attend the IIFA Awards ceremony to be held in Abu Dhabi.
Apart from this, Jacqueline has sought permission to go to Nepal and France to attend some film events and press conferences. Since there is a lookout circular against Jacqueline, due to which she cannot go abroad.

According to the ED, Sukesh Chandrashekhar had given a gift of more than five crores to Jacqueline as extortion.
Apart from this, Sukesh gave about US$ 173,000 and around Australian $ 27,000 to Jacqueline’s close friends.
In the investigation so far, it has been found that Sukesh Chandrashekhar had given a huge amount to his colleague Pinky Irani to introduce Jacqueline.
