KGF Chapter 2 Confirms a New Release Date: KGF Chapter 2 was the most awaited movie of 2021 and that is for a fact. The movie was already delayed due to pandemics and now it looks like it will be delayed furthermore. There has been no official announcement yet, but the creators are mulling over a new release date.
According to Taran Adarsh, who is a very famous movie critic and trade analyst, the makers of KGF want to release the movie nationwide. And because of the pandemic, it is not possible at the moment.
But, the release date won’t be postponed that far. Because many big-name movies like Akshay Kumar starter Bell Bottom are releasing in the final week of July only.
Farhan Akhtar’s Toofaan is also getting released later this year in September. So, the makers of KGF aren’t looking to postpone it that much further in the future. Taran Adarsh tweeted that KGF 2 is in the final stages of post-production and will release once all-India cinemas reopen.
KGF C2 will release in multiple languages which include Kannada, Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, and Malayalam. So, it is obvious why the makers want to wait till the cinema halls are open in the country.
The first part of KGF was a major success and the hype for the second part is unreal. So, they want to grab this opportunity and would want to make as much profit as possible. So, the theatrical release is the only viable option.

The second part of the movie will start right from where the first part ended. In KGF, Rocky kills Garuda in the climax of the movie. So, he is the new leader now. And now he will set his sight on bigger things.
He has made the government his enemy and there will be people ready to take revenge. Adhere will also try to take control of the field once again and regain his lost charisma.
On the other hand, the President of India will also target Rocky as the main threat to the country. How will Rocky survive? KGF: Chapter 2 will be filled with more actions and more blood.

The movie was all set to release on July 16, 2021. And a few days earlier it was reported that KGF 2 has been postponed with no actual date announcement. But new reports have come in stating that the movie will release on September 9, 2021. KGF Chapter 2 will release on September 9, 2021, only if there is no third wave in the country. As you all know the creators are gunning for a theatrical release and if the third wave hits the country they can’t do that.
