Money Heist Season 5 Vol 2 Review: So, finally, the final season of one of the most awaited and famous shows is here. And it is everything you expected it to be. After a disaster of seasons 3 and 4, Season 5 was a breath of fresh air and actually felt like the finale we deserved.
I was excited for the second part of the final season because of the cliffhanger we saw at the end of the first part. And they build up to that very well and it had some kind of logic to it. So, the scenes where we were looking for logic in the third or fourth season are very rare in this one.
If you haven’t watched the final season yet, don’t worry because this review is spoiler-free and won’t affect your watching experience in any way. So, without further ado, let’s get on with the review.
Money Heist Season 5 Vol 2 Review
Money Heist Season 5 Vol 2: Plot
Money Heist Season 5 Volume 2: The final season starts rights where the first part ended. In the cliffhanger, We saw in the final episode of the first part that Tokyo died. And that is exactly where the second season started.
We won’t exactly tell you what happens after that because it will be a major spoiler, but it was really worth the wait. And as we all know this is a war, and our heroes are helpless now. They have lost all hopes of winning and on top of that, they are heartbroken.
The professor is there once again making the plans but will he be able to save his team this time? Or is there another twist waiting for us that we weren’t able to see? All of this narrative made this finale really exciting and worth watching for sure.
There was a constant contrast between time and life this time around and that is something we have seen for the first time. Usually, it is a race against time for our team to escape the bank, but this time it is for survival. Because if they don’t do that they might not be able to live for another heist.

Money Heist Season 5 Volume 2 Cast Performance
Money Heist S5 V2: First of all, hands of to all the artists that were in the show. From the first season to absolute last, almost everyone has given some of the best performances I have ever seen.
Ursula Corbero as Tokyo, Alvaro Morte as The Professor, Pedro Alonso as Berlin, Esther Acebo as Monica, and for the last two seasons Diana Gomez as Tatiana have been standout performers for sure. But all the other cast members did a commendable job as well. I don’t remember any bad performance from any cast member.
And as I have said earlier, I am in love with Pedro Alonso as an actor. He was my favorite actor from the first season and he was the main attraction in the final season as well.
Money Heist Season 5 Volume 2 Music
I swear this season the background music of Money Heist Season 5 Volume 2 was on entirely next level for sure. The tension that the music created between scenes was just something else entirely. I was never a fan of Money Heist background music, but the final season won me over in that department.

I think releasing the final season in two parts was a really good decision. It revived the interest of the general audience and kept them invested throughout. Even when the first part ended and the audience had to wait for the second part, the excitement didn’t die.
And it was only 5 episodes and was so easy to watch. 5 episodes were finished so fast that I didn’t even realize. I really think that every episode should adopt this format as it makes watching the show so easy.

Money Heist Season 5 Vol 2: Is It Worth It?
Money Heist Season 5 Vol 2 Review: As I have said earlier if you have watched the show till now you will watch it no matter what. But the payoff is actually worth it. I think Money Heist season 5 is one of the best resurrections of a TV show after some bad seasons. It will keep you invested and this is a satisfying ending for sure. Not on the level of Breaking Bad or anything but I liked the ending for sure.
And as I have said earlier, it is only 5 episodes, so it will be your perfect weekend watch.
