Dune Official Trailer: I thought no movie will top F9 in terms of stature during the pandemic. But, obviously, I forgot about Dune at that moment. And now that the trailer is it, I think Dune is possibly the biggest movie of this pandemic era.
No doubt, it looks good. It feels like a big movie just by the trailer. And I am excited about it. I think that they have an amazing cast, the VFX looks amazing, the plot is simple yet crisp and it looks like a perfect formula.
Dune is a Feature adaptation of Frank Herbert’s science fiction novel, about the son of a noble family entrusted with the protection of the most valuable asset and most vital element in the galaxy.
Dune Official Trailer, Plot, Release Date & Cast
Dune Plot
As I have mentioned earlier, Dune is a Feature adaptation of Frank Herbert’s science fiction novel. The movie will cover the first half of Frank Herbert’s original novel.
And there is a reason for it. Director Denis Villeneuve stated in the interview that “I would not agree to make this adaptation of the book with one single movie.”
And I like this idea of adapting a novel in two parts. As it gives the story much-needed time. And as Villeneuve himself said “the world is too complex. It’s a world that takes its power in details.”
Eric Roth, the movie’s co-writer, has already said that they have written the whole movie on paper already. So, it will be interesting to see how the movie will turn out.
Dune Release Date
The movie is all set to release on October 22, 2021. The movie will release in theaters and in HBO Max. We hope that every theater in the world will be open by then. So, everyone can enjoy this movie without any doubt.
Fans without an HBO Max subscription won’t be able to watch the movie alongside the release. They will have to wait for some time for the movie to release on another OTT platform.
Dune Cast
The cast involves
- Timothée Chalamet as Paul Atreides
- Rebecca Ferguson as Lady Jessica

Dune: What To Expect?
I am expecting an amazing movie here. And I am hyped up for it. If you haven’t watched the trailer you should watch it now. And you will know what I am talking about. Honestly, I am pretty sure that this movie will deliver for sure.
This two-month wait will be really long because I really want to watch this movie. And if this movie can release in the halls here I will absolutely love it.
