Well, that is expected with every single TVF series by now. The group of actors they have gathered is just beautiful. And it is not a simple UPSC Aspirant life, it has other layers too. The White Tiger has already won the hearts of the audience worldwide. It is definitely one of the best new movies on Netflix. There were so many moments where the narration could have gone wrong, but in the end, it turned out to be an absolutely fine piece of art. Drishyam 2 had lots of expectations to fill and it really excelled in that department. It might not have been as good as the first one, but it is still good. With Georgekutty now focusing on his dream of making a movie and the police employing new ploys to uncover the case that has left them humiliated, how long can the truth stay buried, and can Georgekutty save himself and his family again?” With a new plot and new cast, the movie felt fresh and it is a must-watch if you are a thriller fan. November Story
The south Movie industry has ruled the industry this year. The official synopsis of the show reads “A computer expert has to save her crime writer dad, who is battling Alzheimer’s and is the prime suspect in a murder that is committed in a vacant house that belongs to him”! There are three narratives in the movie and non of them felt dragged in any way. Tammana Bhatia gave a performance of a lifetime. The thing I was most impressed by was the direction of the show. The show looked beautiful from start to finish. It is a brilliant series that everyone should watch. You can watch this series on Hotstar.
The Family Man Season 2
It is a joy to watch Manoj Vajpayee on your screen. There are so many positives in this movie. The performance of the cast, the direction, the action scenes, and more importantly the plot. The only down point was that the show might have been dragged a bit much than it should have been. Other than that it is a brilliant show and you will really enjoy it no matter what. Karnan
Dhanush is a gem and he should be protected at all costs. He is the main reason why this movie got so over with the fans. It is not the only reason because the story and direction of this movie are brilliant too. It is a story as old as time, but the execution is on the next level entirely. The only downside of the movie is the pace. Other than that it is a masterpiece that all of you should watch.
Maharani
Not my kind of show, but it still a decent watch. Maharani’s plot is as simple as it can get. There has been a failed assassination attempt on the Chief Minister of Bihar. So, to be still in power and save his life, he makes his wife, Rani his successor. The plot of the show is simple and crisp. And on the paper, it should work. But, Maharani is another example of a good script turned bad due to the length of the series. The whole series could have been finished with 8-9 episodes at max. But if you are interested in a political drama you might like this show.
Vakeel Saab
When I said that South industry lead the charts this year, I wasn’t lying. Another entry on this list. Vakeel Saab is just an amazing watch. It is a perfect masala movie that will keep you entertained. Just watch this movie for Venu Sriram because he is brilliant here. The plot is simple and focuses on an alcoholic lawyer who wins it at the end. It is a method that will never fail and the audience will always love it.
Krack
The final entry on the list is also from the south industry. It is another masala movie that Ravi Teja is famous for. It came out at the start of the year and is still on the list. This must be enough to tell you how much fans loved this movie. It might be one of the most wholesome cop drama movies I have seen in a while.
