It was quite challenging to write Power Rangers. The second season of Dino Fury got things to heat up and got intensified. The first Dino Fury season was about explaining about role of Power Rangers and villains and understanding what makes them tick. We always knew where we were going, so there was a ticking heartbeat always.
Hasbro said there’s a danger if we don’t change or evolve. So we all agreed to make the show a little bit modern. We decided to make it work for the audience. And he was right. It could look like a museum piece if we didn’t adapt that formula.
He also mentioned that this plot of Power Rangers would be very different from what we are used to with previous episodes of Power Rangers.
