The second season of Puncch Beat is a real ride. It is not as good as the first season, but it is still a very entertaining watch.
It is the same formula that we saw in the first season of Puncch Beat. The second season of Teen drama is filled with catchy dialogues, over-the-top performances, romance, and so much drama.
Same things that made the first season so loved by the fans.
There were certain things that were better in the second season than the first, but some things didn’t make much sense either.

Plot/Storyline of Puncch Beat Season 2
Puncch Beat Season 2 Review: The second season started right from where the first season ended.
At the end of the first season, we saw Rahat and Ranbir fighting in the boxing ring. At that time they didn’t realize that Divyanka wants to become a dancer.
The second season starts from there only.
The tension between Rahat and Ranbir is higher than ever. And Divyanka is trying her hardest to chase her dream.
The things in Rosewood High School are the same as always. All five of our main leads are breaking every rule laid down by the authority.
But things change when there is a murder of a student in the school and everyone becomes a suspect. And during the investigation, so many secrets will be revealed that might break or make friends and relationships.
The storyline of season 2 is really interesting. The best thing about this thriller was the character development we got.
Every character had a particular arc and it somehow made sense. And the chemistry between the cast members saved the show. Because, even though the plot was really good, it was a dodgy season.
The execution wasn’t there and it felt a little bit awkward at times. It was slow at times and sometimes it was really fast.
But even after all these inconsistencies, it was an enjoyable season to binge-watch. Not as good as the first season, but still a good watch.
Puncch Beat Season 2 Review: Positives
Rahat And Padmini
The best thing about the second season is definitely Rahat and Padmini. The chemistry between Khushi Joshi and Priyank Sharma is just amazing.
They both felt like a real couple and their connection was amazing. Even the fans absolutely loved both of them and they even expressed their love on various social media channels.
Whenever the show was getting a little bit slow or stale, they both made it worth watching, Honestly, the development in their relationship was just amazing.
Puncch Beat season 2 Cast
Just like the first season, the main focus on season 2 was on the cast only. And all of them pulled through.
Priyank Sharma as Rahat, Siddharth Sharma as Ranbir, Harshita Gaur as Divyanka, Khushi Joshi as Padmini, and Kajol Tyagi as Lara.
All of them did amazing and showed us why everyone loved them in the firsts season.
I really liked Khushi Joshi’s performance. She came on her own this season and was fantastic here. Her character arc was pretty decent and she pulled that nicely.
It was nice seeing her on the screen.
Harshita Gaur also did her part nicely. And after seeing her performance in shows like Mirzapur, there wasn’t much doubt about her performance.
Puncch Beat 2 Review: Negatives
Inconsistencies
As I said earlier, there were lots of inconsistencies here in the second season. The pacing of the show was a real mess. Sometimes it was really fast and sometimes it felt like the makers were dragging the show.
You will feel that once you will start watching it. It was nothing that major, but it will surely affect your experience of the show.
Puncch Beat 2: Is It Worth Watching It?
In my opinion, YES! If you liked the first season, you will like this one too.
There are lots of similarities between both seasons.
And the best thing is that both seasons have the same kind of vibe and feel like the same story. Which is a big thing, as sometimes, a show feels completely different after a break.
