The Sandman: Netflix finally released the first teaser of their upcoming show, The Sandman. 8 months after they released the show’s first look. The wait has been very long, but it all looks worth the wait after watching the teaser.
The trailer looked amazing, and it is very rare that we see a trailer this good from Netflix. The VFX looks wholly broken in a good way. And if they can adapt the comics honestly and to their core, we are in for a treat.
The Sandman is based on comic series written by Neil Gaiman and published by DC Comics. The comic series ran wild from 1989 to 1996. It is undoubtedly one of the best comic series under the DC banner.
So, it was surprising that they took this long to produce a show on this title. But as someone has said, “Better late than never.” Let’s look at everything we know about The Sandman so far.

The Sandman: What To Expect?
The Sandman: As we have just said, that The Sandman is one of the most extensive comic book adaptations we have seen in a long time. Just from the trailer, we can see that the VFX of this show is unlike anything we have seen in other superhero shows.
And that is not the only reason we are saying this. The Sandman is adapting one of the most classic comic book series. It is a comic book series that very few love, but they are serious about it.
The Sandman fanbase is like a cult in real life. This comic book series is read by die-hard DC fans or most extensive comic book lovers. And that has to scare Netflix a little bit, at least.
Just like Witcher, this series will also explode. But if Netflix cannot deliver, they will also face some severe backlash. But we hope that is not the case and we get a show worth adoring and exceeding our expectations.
