Bachchhan Paandey Box Office Collection Day 4: After a decent collection on the weekend of Rs. 37.25 crore, the Akshay Kumar and Kriti Sanon starrer Bachchhan Pandey had a major fall on the first Monday of its release. According to Bollywood Hungama estimates, the movie has collected anywhere between but no more than Rs. 3.25 to 3.50 crores on Monday, taking the four-day total to Rs. 40 crores.
Bachchhan Pandey is not worth watching for two reasons one that we have written in our Bachchhan Paandey Review and the second reason is that audience has a better movie to watch, that is, The Kashmir Files. The Kashmir Files has become one of the favorite option audience have these days and they are choosing it happily.
Bachchhan Paandey Box Office Collection
There has been a drop all across the country, with national chains for Bachchhan Paandey dropping by nearly 70%. The showcasing of the film has started to shift to The Kashmir Files and by Friday, RRR would have taken over the entire showcasing of Akshay Kumar’s Bachchhan Paandey. The film was riding on a good trailer and hence, the collections have come across as a shocker.

Several Movies have completely lost their identity in the wave of The Kashmir Files as if not for the Anupam Kher starrer, Bachchhan Pandey is one of those films and the figures would have been better by at least 25 to 30 percent. The reports and reviews of the Farhad Samji film too are on the positive side, as ones who have seen it suggest that it’s a time pass entertainer. But this word of mouth was not just enough to bring the audience to the cinema halls, especially against a wave-like The Kashmir Files where everyone is choosing for.

Its curtains down for Bachchhan Pandey and the Monday figures have suggested extremely low collection in its long run. The film is now expected to end at Rs. 60 crore by the end of its run, provided it retains respectable screens in the second week of its release as well.
