Fans Celebrating Power Star Puneeth Rajkumar’s last film James releases today: One of the most loved and favorite Kannada superstar Late Puneeth Rajkumar’s last film, James, is all set to release in theatres on his first birth anniversary today, March 17. The pre-release event of the last movie of Puneeth Rajkumar, James was held recently in Bengaluru.
James was the last film Puneeth Rajkumar cast and shot before he passed away in October 2021. Meanwhile, Vivek Agnihotri’s The Kashmir Files is smashing all records at the box office and Radhe Shyam is failing to acquire the audience at the theaters.
Puneeth Rajkumar’s fans are celebrating the release of his last movie, James. Fireworks, loud cheers and whistles, confetti, and large crowds all around on the street for power-star Puneeth’s last film James. Fans distribute free food and keep seats no. 17 empty in theatres. James will be the only movie screening in Karnataka till March 25th. This is the best tribute fans can offer to the superstar.
Today many theatres across Karnataka are witnessing electric scenes as fans flocked early in the morning to see late Kannada actor Puneeth Rajkumar’s last movie, James. Many fans were moved to tears seeing their actor on the silver screen for the last time.
Large cutouts of Appu, as Puneeth was affectionately known, lights, music, and posters from his earlier films were arranged in various theatres across the state to cheer the last movie of their superstar. James is the last chance for the fans to see their hero on the screen. Fans followed him religiously not only for his acting but also for his kind deeds and work.
From March 17 to March 20, members of the Rajavamsha fan association will distribute free food to the public to commemorate the occasion. They also intend to lay flowers at the grave of Puneeth, affectionately known as ‘Appu’ by his fans, at 9.30 a.m.
The fans have organized blood donation, food distribution, and eye donation camps across the state on the release of his last movie, James. Many theatres are also reportedly keeping seat 17 empty during the first showings, as Puneeth is said to watch his movies from that seat.
The fans also arranged for coffee and biscuits for those who attended the 6 a.m. show at Bengaluru’s Veerabhadreshwara theatre. Fans who watched the 10 a.m. show got dosas, while those who watched it at 1 pm got Chicken Biryani. Samosas will be distributed at 4 p.m., and gobi Manchurian will be served at 7 p.m.
You may have known him for the movie he cast in, but many of the fans know him for the kind of work he has down in his lifetime.
