Dasvi Official Trailer Released: From counting votes to counting the days left for his 10th-grade exams. Will Gangaram pass with flying colors? The Dasvi official trailer showcases the story of a corrupt Chief Minister named Gangaram Chaudhary (role by Abhishek Bachchan), who is sent to judicial custody in charge of a Teacher recruitment scam in the State.
A person who is used to powerplay, suddenly finds himself lost in the land of alphabets when his Jailer calls him illiterate. He is currently in 8th grade passed out. During his stay in the jail, he meets a tough jailer (played by Yami Gautam), who pushes him and challenges him to fulfill his long-lost dream of completing his high school – class 10th board examination.
His struggles to keep up with the syllabus of the board exam while being locked up in jail make Dasvi an interesting and entertaining watch. Meanwhile, Gangaram’s wife (played by Nimrat Kaur) has to take over the CM’s position and once she won the election, she is don’t want to let it go.
The trailer looks very entertaining and appealing and the cast performance seems to be on the marks. Abhishek Bachhan is pushing his own limits in many recent shows and in Dasvi, he looks funny and entertaining on the screen.

Abhishek Bachchan, Yami Gautam, Nimrat Kaur is in the lead role of the movie. Abhishek Bachchan is playing the role of Gangaram Chaudhry, a corrupt CM who is in jail struggling to pass 10th grade. Nimrat Kaur is playing the role of CM’s wife who became the CM when Gangaram was in Judicial custody while Yami is playing the role of a strict cop who is pushing and challenging Gangaram to clear his 10th grade.
