The story revolves around complete medical scams of human trials of new drugs or medicines that can be dangerous or deadly. A well-known medicine company named Manthan is executing all these scams and putting human lives at risk.
Many people are getting paid to hug their death in return for a few thousand rupees, and all these were happening with proper political support. The story uncovers how an evil medicine company turns out to be a killer company instead of saving lives.
The web series revolves around the story of a pharmaceutical giant company using India’s lax clinical trial rules to fast-track the development of a new medicine or drug despite deadly side effects.
Meanwhile, Dr. Saira Sabharwal (played by Kirti Kulhari) landed a dream job in Bhopal’s most prestigious hospital under the mentorship of Dr. Gauri Nath (played by Shefali Shah).
Saira grows under Gauri’s guidance and as the two women start to form a deep bond over their commitment to the medical cause.
However, a shocking discovery throws their lives into chaos as their story becomes intertwined with a young migrant worker, Mangu, who is all set to wreak havoc on the medical system.
Some of them are playing with thousands of lives for profit by trailing the new drugs over humans in exchange for a few thousand rupees. The people participating in these trials are unaware of the consequences a medicine can cause to their health.
